At just 24-years-old, Ludovico Cianchetta Vazquez (@nudovico) has already been featured in Forbes Italy and has created a luxurious lifestyle, traveling at his leisure while living a life of financial freedom. He has become an entrepreneurial star but never would have realized success had he listened to the negative influences in his life.
Upon graduating from IULM University of Milan with a degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications, Vazquez tried his hand in the corporate world but didn’t feel like he belonged. He was determined to become his own boss and began his own entrepreneurial journey.
Many of Vazquez’s peers questioned his decision to forgo a comfortable corporate position to pursue an entrepreneurial profession, but he chose to ignore them.
The first business Vazquez founded was called Adappt, which sold adapters that allowed people to switch various straps onto their Apple Watches. The business did not succeed as Vazquez had hoped, and the people who questioned his ability to succeed as an entrepreneur developed an “I-told-you-so” attitude.
Vazquez continued to ignore his negative influences, working tirelessly to develop a strategy for success in entrepreneurship, using his doubters as motivation to achieve great things.
The young entrepreneur then founded a company called PowerMe, which raised over $48,000 from a crowdfunding campaign and sold its products in over 90 countries. Vazquez had developed a taste for success, but refused to rest on his laurels.
He only began to reach his true potential when he started leasing real estate properties and listing them on Airbnb. Using advanced marketing techniques, he crafted a method to successfully list high-converting properties on Airbnb, paying the rent of several properties, and turning huge profits.
Vazquez’s self-belief paid off immensely. He has become widely known as the “Guru of Airbnb” in Europe and has started a course called Bnb Academy, which teaches aspiring entrepreneurs from around the world how to build their own Airbnb businesses.
“Always believe in yourself, even when most people are saying you’re doing wrong, always fight for your ideas and projects. When you achieve amazing results, the same people will congratulate you,” said Vazquez.
Today, BnB Academy has helped over 600 people achieve financial freedom. Students can enter the amazing market Airbnb provides without investing any money or owning a house. The academy helps its students earn jaw-dropping numbers by teaching them to manage properties and giving them a percentage of the profits.
The young entrepreneur believes there to be incredible upsides when building an Airbnb business due to the boundless opportunity for wealth in the tourism industry.
“Everywhere and anywhere people will always need a place to sleep,” said Vazquez.
Vazquez has used his passion for teaching the art of wealth creation to found a second business course with fellow businessman Francesco Crema. The course is called Book Academy and teaches people how to make money on Amazon selling books written by ghostwriters.
Vazquez has built a loyal following of students with many clients attending both academies.
This young and prosperous entrepreneur doesn’t plan on stopping any time soon. He is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to create long-lasting wealth.
