She launched ‘Power beauty living’, a social platform aimed at empowering women with skills related to beauty, business, wellness and to help them reach their maximum potential. She has now turned Power Beauty Living into a Non Profit Foundation to further impact the lives of girls and women. Shalini says “Through our organization we have launched a new initiative ‘Ready Set Jet Academy’ which will provide job training skills to women making them self reliant and financially independent, our goal is to train more than 100,000+ women through our programs starting from India and expanding to more than eighty countries in a phased manner”. Her goal is to create a standalone clan of women entrepreneurs who would go on to create more jobs in times to come.
