Nicholas Flathau and Flawless Diamonds Co. are Making a Difference in the Custom Jewelry Game and in his Local Communities

Flawless Diamonds Co. doesn’t shy away from the spotlight when it comes to their work and the clients they attract. The company has attracted clients from all walks of life interested in purchasing their high-quality custom jewelry pieces, including rappers Lil Reese, Lil Zay Osama, and NLE Choppa.

Since its founding just a few years ago, Nicholas Flathau has turned Flawless Diamonds Co. from what was once a hobby of collecting jewelry into his passion project. Constructing a team of motivated and like-minded individuals, known as the Flawless Family, the company focuses on creating unique jewelry pieces, along with a perfectly curated experience, for each and every one of their clients. “The most rewarding part is educating the clients on what they are getting within their piece and building those relationships for long-term business and also bringing their imagination to life,” Flathau says.

On top of all the work he has done with Flawless Diamonds Co. and the quality of work he aims to provide, founder Nicholas Flathau also makes time to give back to the communities that helped him grow as a person. With foundations in Chicago, his hometown, and a facility in Dallas, where he began to find success as a businessman, Flathau has done work with underprivileged families in those cities. Providing clothing and food for many families, he has even gone to the extent of helping families facing eviction cover their rent. “I want to make sure that the children I help are never hungry and have clothes on their back. I know what that was like when I was younger,” Flathau recalls. “My mother was considered under the poverty line, so we always went to a food pantry or our church if we needed help.”
