From earning just 50k per annum to have been able to increase his income by tenfold, Adam has come a long way. On being asked about the primary reason behind the success of his companies, he gives a one-line answer – “customer service is everything”. Adam is someone who has always believed in comprehending the requirements of the clients carefully. He has always made sure to develop a trustful and transparent relationship with his clients. According to him, the success of any business is directly proportional to the feeling of contentment in its clients i.e client contentment or client satisfaction.
Adam says that nothing can stop an individual from succeeding if he or she has a strong vision and the readiness to work hard. To make people succeed, it is important to show them their actual potential. He advises following the ones you aspire to be and figure out the areas where you are making a mistake. According to him, there’s a lot that you can gain from them. You may get exposed to the things which you didn’t know about previously, just like he got. He refused to be the captive of the environment in which he first found himself.
