Online business creator Johannes Larsson has spent the last decade of his life building success.
Today, the success that Larsson seeks reaches far beyond his own. Helping others has always been a reoccurring theme in what he does, whether that is explaining the ropes to new entrepreneurs or connecting people to the right financial services through his digital empire, Financer.com.
One of the most important missions for Larsson has always been giving back to the community.
“Over the last year, we decided to increase our charitable impact by setting up an automatic donation every time somebody chooses a product from our site,” he said. “So, if you decide to apply for a credit card or open a savings account with one of the partners featured on Financer.com, we’ll donate a portion of the profit on your behalf.”
Additionally, Larsson said his company also donates directly to a host of charitable projects, including Aflatoun, an organization that provides financial education to women and children who live in poverty.
With his business in the position to contribute often to community causes, Larsson himself started to look for additional ways he could make an impact for the great good. He looked inward, to find a way he could personally make a difference for those who have the same dream that has led him to where he is today.
On this personal website, he now runs a blog where he shares his expertise and offers free resources about SEO best practices, the world of affiliate marketing and in-depth finance lessons.
“It’s important to me to give back to the world of entrepreneurship. I put a lot of time into my blog, sharing the lessons I learn, and giving free resources and advice to entrepreneurs. I have created several free courses that have helped over 6,500 students,” he said.
Larsson has also turned a focus to social media platforms, such as Instagram, as an additional outlet to reach more people with his lessons of leadership, life and making money online.
“My mission is to help others start their entrepreneurship journey and become better entrepreneurs. For the years to come, I’ll be very focused on building the presence of my personal brand,” he said. “My goal is to help as many entrepreneurs as I can in this lifetime, but I want to reach a minimum of one million people. I’ll be looking for new mediums and ways to scale up and reach more people.”
Larsson said he plans take advantage of as many opportunities as possible to reach his goal. He plans to author books, embark on speaking tours and create additional tools and resources for entrepreneurs.
Ultimately, he said, his long-term philanthropic goal is to open entrepreneurship schools with free tuition around the globe, including in poorer countries where such a program can make a significant impact.
“I want to teach people who have no idea bout the amazing opportunities that exists in the world and give them the right tools to go out and create a better future for themselves,” Larsson said.
