Born and raised in Connecticut, Bryce wears many hats within the local premier business, from clerical to hands-on shop work, ensuring the support of his amazing team and satisfying the needs and desires of each client. Before ACI Dynamix, Bryce worked for the state of Connecticut DOT as a crew leader. His extensive background in the automotive industry from dealership experience (public state sector as well as private sector) paired with his core belief in hard work and putting God first is what makes Bryce a masterful leader for his successful enterprise. What started as a small single-man operation has turned into a 10k square foot high volume facility.
Being a highly motivated entrepreneur, Bryce exemplifies dedication and perseverance. The freedom of being able to be his own boss is important to him. Making his own decisions and hours means he can have a beautifully well-rounded life with family values and the space to enjoy quality time with his wife and children. In his leisure time, Bryce likes to rally cars, lift weights, and relax. Upheld by upholding his faith, he uses every failure and short-coming as a learning lesson.
