Why did you decide to create a talent agency ?
“I decided to create a talent agency because it was part of my approach of sharing and passing something to the future generations. What I find interesting is to share my experience and my analysis of life with talents, to be able to give them content and to support them. It’s important for me to give them the opportunities I didn’t have.
Moreover, I find it very difficult in France and in today’s world to be well advised and helped in the field we want to get into and that we are passionate about. Indeed, I have a very wide definition of art which extends for me to many different fields. Thus, I feel intimately linked to this cause. My initial idea was to create a school in order to play the role of second “parents” by guiding my students, through the expertise and experience I acquired during my journey. I also wanted to give them access to the network that I have been building for many years. In the continuation of this idea, it is now my talents that have this student place.”
Why did you choose the name Tomorrow and when did you create it ?
“I started my agency about a year ago. A launch event was supposed to be organized in April to officially announce to the press and media that Tomorrow had been created, but due to the circumstances of the virus, we had to postpone it. It will be at the beginning of the school year. The name Tomorrow has been chosen to represent an opening towards the future. Today, what we want is to build tomorrow. Talents are often misdirected and Tomorrow exists to help them prepare their future and above all to take them as far as possible.”
How do you select your talents ?
“We try to make sure that there are common interests between the agency and our talents. The main “criterion” is motivation. This way, we measure how involved they are in building their future. On the other hand, we are open to all types of profiles, there are no particular requirements. However, there must be, of course, a certain credibility and potential, but the main objective is to create an emulation between the agency and the talents.”
What do you think of tomorrow’s influence ?
“We’re going to be exposed to a lot of changes, I think. The influence will, in my opinion, change human behaviour but also consumption patterns. We can already see the importance of social networks with the virus. Indeed, the confinement has been fed by lives and others. I think that social networks with influence will take an even more important place. But I believe in a correction of the influence market because today, it is a system that goes a little bit in all directions. In my opinion, it will become more and more structured, influence will become normalized.”
What values do you want to pass on to your influencers ?
“The outstanding asset for me is work and its virtue, for me work is the first value, the basis and the foundation of success. I also see a real importance to the traditional values of everyday life. But for me, the most important value that needs to be transmitted is the value of work.”
There are a lot of influencing agencies out there. What makes you different from the others ?
“That’ s why we don’t see ourselves as an agency of influencers, but as an agency of talents. Our main interest is to be able to provide them with an analysis and a development strategy for their future. Even if the business model is relatively similar, we see ourselves more as a school of life, a talent nursery.”
Do you have any current projects that you would like to share with us ?
“We do have a big project underway that unfortunately cannot be revealed yet, but which may revolutionize the world of influence. I can’t tell you more at the moment but stay tuned.”
