The pageant’s competitive categories include national costume, evening gown and a presentation on domestic violence. The event schedule included a list of activities with other delegates, tours around Sofia, visiting sponsors, rehearsals , Award ceremony and Finale.In her national costume round she firmly represented Asian Americans by wearing the theme Asian American Dragon Eagle Avenger which was a visual treat for her fans, followers and audiences around the corner. The costume in the colors of American Flag and gold for royalty, features a dragon with Eagle heads and wings.
For the Evening gown round, she wore a one of a kind gorgeous gown in the theme modern neon Gold.
Dr.Shreyaa Sumi has worked on her ”Beauty with a purpose project” a social cause to create ”Domestic Violence Awareness” among women and girls for which she has collaborated with ‘Laura’s House’ an active advocacy centre located in california. She enacted a drama with ventriloquist puppet that requires a unique tone with voice modulation involving back and forth conversation between two characters live on spot and also shifting back to her own voice to tell the story which made her the first ever in the history of Mrs.Universe competition to have attempted such thing, clearly making her an outstanding performer during the spokesmodel speech forum. She received many compliments by the audiences and by numerous fans on social media. Her presentation is available to watch on various channels.
Among her extensive list of accolades includes numerous multi-international awards. The highest honour is Asia’s Women of Influence Lifetime Achievement Award has been conferred upon Dr.Shreyaa Sumi.
